根据近几年的高考来看，应用文写作的体裁越来越不局限于单纯的书信等应用文体。发言稿、报刊投稿、宣传稿、新闻报道类、记人和叙事的短文在近几年新高考卷、浙江卷和全国卷中频繁出现。所以对于各种文体的写作，在备考中要做好充分的准备。
第一组　邀请信、道歉信和申请信题型1　邀请信邀请信是邀请收信人参加某项活动的信件，包括展览、节日聚会、聚餐、担任比赛的评委或在讲座上发言等。在写作时，语气要热情、真挚，不要强人所难；叙事要清楚、明白。写作结构如右：
类型一　书信和电子邮件类

4.I am sure that yu must be very interested ne anther...我相信你一定对……很感兴趣。一方面……另一方面……5.If yu are interested in it，please let me knw and I’ll send yu mre infrmatin.如果你感兴趣，请告诉我，我会发给你更多信息。6.I wuld like t meet yu there and please let me knw yur decisin sn.我想在那里见到你，请尽快告诉我你的决定。

题型2　道歉信道歉信是因为自己的过错或有事无法赴约而给对方带来了麻烦和不利影响，因此向对方道歉并请求对方原谅的信件。要向对方诚挚地解释自己的不当行为或者无法答应对方的原因。写作结构如下：

题型3　申请信申请信是指写信人想申请某个职位或某个项目而向收信人提出请求的信件。一般常考的内容有申请成为志愿者、加入俱乐部或参加夏令营、留学项目等。申请信是非常正式的信件，所用语言也应该正式、简洁和准确，语气要礼貌。写作结构如下：

第二组　建议信、推荐信和感谢信题型4　建议信建议信是向别人提出合理的建议，让对方接受自己的想法、主张并解决有关问题的一类信件。建议信要写得简明扼要、目的明确，具有合理性和说服力。写作结构如下：

题型5　推荐信推荐信是向别人介绍人、事物或地方的信件。介绍时，语气要肯定，并对所推荐或介绍的人、事物或地方给予正面评价。写作时一般用第二人称或第三人称，时态以一般现在时为主。写作结构如下：

题型6　感谢信感谢信是用来向帮助、关心和支持过自己的集体或个人表示感谢的书信，感谢信应写得真诚、具体、及时。写作结构如下：

第三组　求助信、咨询信和告知信题型7　求助信求助信是针对自己目前遇到的困难写信请求对方给予帮助的信件类型，因此语气要委婉、真诚，并要向收信人表示感谢。文章应用一般现在时，当描述自己得到帮助后的进步时应用一般将来时。写作结构如下：

题型9　告知信告知信通常分为两类，一种是告知某人某事即将发生，另一种是回复某人关于某事的询问。写作结构如下：

题型14　倡议书倡议书属于应用文的一种，是为倡议或是发起某项活动而写的号召性的公开提议性的专用文体。倡议书一般由称呼、正文、结尾和落款四部分组成，有时还根据需要加上适当的标题。写作结构如下：

题型15　通知通知是上级对下级、组织对成员布置工作、传达情况或告诉公众某件事情等情况时使用的一种应用文体。时间、地点、参与者、内容及注意事项都是通知的要点，应直截了当地给予说明。一般标题为Ntice或Annuncement。通常要有发通知的时间及落款；一般告诉读者要发生的地方，因此常用一般将来时，穿插使用一般现在时。写作结构如下：
