and的用法知多少
在英语里，and是一个使用频率很高的连词。它的常见用法有：
1. and连接两个并列的单词、短语或句子，意为“和；又；而”。例如：
There is bk and tw pens n the desk. 书桌上有一本书和两支钢笔。
2. and用来连接数词，意为“加”。例如：
Five and seven is twelve. 五加七等于十二。
3. and用在数词中，连接百位数和后面紧跟的数。例如：

4. and表示“然后；接着”。例如：

走近熊猫和袋鼠
熊猫是属于食肉目的一种哺乳动物，体色多为黑白两色。熊猫有圆圆的脸颊，大大的(big)黑眼圈，胖嘟嘟的(fat)身体(bdy)，也有锋利的爪子，是世界上最可爱的动物之一。
熊猫被誉为“活化石”和“中国国宝”，是世界自然基金会的形象大使，也是世界生物多样性保护的旗舰物种。现存熊猫主要栖息在我国四川、陕西和甘肃等地的山区，属于国家一级保护动物。
袋鼠主要分布于澳大利亚大陆和巴布亚新几内亚的部分地区，是食草动物，吃多种植物。袋鼠大多在夜间活动，但也有些在清晨或傍晚活动。所有的雌性袋鼠都长有前开的育儿袋。

It was ht day. The fx was very thirsty. He lked int a well, but suddenly he fell int it. There was a lt f water in the well, s the fx drank fr a lng time. But when he tried t climb ut, he culdn’t. The well was t deep.
A thirsty gat came then. He saw the fx dwn in the well. But he didn’t knw why the fx was in the well. He said t the fx, “Hw’s the water?” The fx answered, “Very fine, very fine. Jump in and have a drink.” The gat jumped int the well and began t drink. The fx jumped nt the gat’s back and then jumped ut f the well. After he was ut, he ran int the frest.
