通过对Stry部分的Mike 和Yang Ling 每天饮食情况的分析，建构健康饮食的观念。接着后面3课时围绕健康饮食这一话题展开讨论，最后能为自己设计合理的膳食计划。围绕单元主题，进行食物类单词的复习和巩固，操练句型，形成健康的生活习惯。
