On April 5th, the State Cuncil(国务院) published new rules abut schl bus safety. These new rules are stricter than the ld nes.
Under the new rules, lcal gvernments must make sure that students g t nearby schls r barding schls t reduce traffic risks. Als, lcal gvernments must help kids in the cuntryside reach their schl buses.
