Hmetwn Feelings
Sme peple still live in their hmetwn. Hwever, thers may nly see it nce r twice a year. Nwadays, millins f Chinese leave the cuntryside t search fr wrk in the cities. Amng these is Zhng Wei, a 46-year-ld husband and father.He has lived in Wenzhu fr the last 13 years. With a hard jb in a crayn factry, he desn't find much time t visit his hmetwn. “I used t return hme at least nce a year, but I haven't been back fr almst three years nw. It's a shame, but I just dn't have the time,” he says.
家乡情怀
有些人仍然住在他们的家乡。然而，另一些人一年只是回家乡一两次。现在数以百万计的中国人离开农村到城市去找工作。钟伟，一个46岁的丈夫和父亲，就是其中的一员。他过去的13年都在温州居住。他在蜡笔厂的工作非常辛苦，所以抽不出很多时间回去看看家乡。“我以前一年至少回家乡一次，但是近三年都没有回去了。真是很令人惭愧，但是我就是没有时间。”他说。

很多人都像钟伟一样对家乡的变化很感兴趣。也许大医院和新的公路都出现了。在很多地方，政府已经建立了新的学校，并派了城里的老师到农村去支教。
“I nticed that's true f my hmetwn," adds Zhng Wei. “Children have learned t read and cunt at my ld primary schl since the mid 20th century. But nw the buildings are really ld. I hear they re ging t build a new schl there." ZhngWei thinks such develpments are gd, and he als knws that his hmetwn cannt always stay the same.
“我留意到在我的家乡这些改变确实在发生，”钟伟补充说，“自从20世纪中期，孩子们都是在我以前的小学学习阅读和数数。但是现在这些建筑真的很旧了。我听说他们打算在那里建立一所新的学校。” 钟伟认为这些发展很好，他也知道他的家乡不能总是一成不变。

Mst f the children in my time liked t play tgether under that big tree, especially during the summer hlidays. It was such a happy childhd. Our hmetwn has left many sft and sweet memries in ur hearts.”
