While the researchers fund little difference in nutritinal cntent, they did find that rganic fruit and vegetables were 20% less likely t have chemicals remaining n the surfaces. Neither rganic nr traditinal fds shwed levels f chemicals high enugh t g beynd fd safety standards. And bth rganic and traditinal meats, such as chicken and prk, were equally likely t be harmed by bacteria at very lw rates.
