    现在分词作宾语补足语和状语用法归纳 现在分词作宾补,表示宾语与作宾补的动词之间是主动关系。1. 动词的宾语补足语1)位于感官动词后:如 see, hear, feel, smell, watch, find, listen t, lk at, ntice, bserve 等。① We saw the bilgy teacher ding the experiment. I nticed him being taken away by a pliceman.2)位于其他动词后:如 set, keep, have, get, leave, catch 等。② In rder t keep warm, we kept the fire burning. Dn’t leave her waiting utside in the cld wind.
    注意:现在分词作宾补,常放在宾语后面, 表示一个_________________的动作, 强调一个过程或一种状态。而用不带t的不定式,即动词原形作宾补,则表示动作的全过程。
    2. with 复合结构 在with 复合结构中,如果宾语发出动作,且表示动作持续或进行,则用现在分词作宾补。v-ing frm对宾语起补充说明作用。
    注意:在with 复合结构中,动词不定式作宾补虽然也表示宾语发出动作,但是表示动作将要发生。

    现在分词作状语用法归纳1. 现在分词的一般式与完成式现在分词的一般式(ding)作状语表示动作与谓语动词的动作同时发生;现在分词的完成式(having dne)作状语表示动作发生在谓语动作之前。2. 现在分词的主动式(ding/having dne)作状语时,表示逻辑主语和其之间是主动关系;现在分词的被动式(being dne/having been dne)作状语时,表示逻辑主语和其之间是被动关系。注意:现在分词的逻辑主语是句子的主语。

    3. 现在分词作状语的功能现在分词作状语可以表示时间、原因、条件、让步、结果、方式或伴随等,相当于状语从句。v-ing形式作状语,其逻辑主语是句子的主语,且和主语构成主动关系。例:1. Nt knwing his address, I culd d nthing but stay at hme and wait. (主动意义,v-ing的动作和谓语的动作几乎同时发生。) 2. Nt having studied his lessns very hard, he failed the examinatins. (主动意义,v-ing的动作发生在谓语的动作之前。)(1)时间状语 表示时间,位于句子前半部分,可与when,while 引导的时间状语从句相互转换;有时分词前加when或while 以示强调。例:Hearing the news, he gt frightened.  =When he heard the news, he gt frightened. =Because I dn’t knw her address, I can’t write t her. 
    (2)原因状语 表示原因,位于句子前半部分,可与as, since, because 引导的原因状语从句相互转换。例:Nt knwing his address, I can’t send this bk t him. (3)条件状语 表示条件,位于句子前半部分,可与if, unless 等引导的条件状语从句相互转换。例:Taking the path that leads ut f the twn, yu will cme t a lake.  =If yu take the path that leads ut f the twn, yu will cme t a lake.(4)让步状语 作让步状语,相当于让步状语从句,有时现在分词(短语)前可带有连词althugh, even if, even thugh 等。例:Knwing all this, they made me pay fr the damage.  =Althugh they knew all this, they made me pay fr the damage.( 5)结果状语 现在分词作结果状语时表示必然的结果,通常放在句末。有时为了突出结果,现在分词前可加thus,相当于s 或s that 引导的结果状语从句,有时相当于一个并列句。注意:不定式作结果状语时,常与nly, never 连用,表示一种出乎意料的结果。例:She was s angry that she threw the ty n the grund, breaking it int pieces. =She was s angry that she threw the ty n the grund, and brke it int pieces.
    ( 6)方式或伴随状语 动词-ing 作方式或伴随状语时,谓语动词表示动作发生的方式、背景或情况。此时分词的动作和谓语动词的动作同时发生。现在分词或分词短语作伴随状语时可以转换成并列成分。例:They std there fr half an hur watching the stars in the sky.= They std there fr half an hur and watched the stars in the sky.(7)评论性状语 有些现在分词(短语)没有逻辑主语而独立存在,往往位于句首用来修饰全句,表明说话者的态度、观点等。如:judging frm/by 由……判断 cnsidering... 考虑到……suppsing/prviding/assuming... 如果/ 假设…… generally/strictly/hnestly/rughly/frankly speaking 一般/ 严格/ 诚实/ 大致/ 坦率说来(8)现在分词构成的独立主格结构 有时现在分词可以有自己独立的逻辑主语,这种结构称为独立主格结构。独立主格结构通常用来表示伴随的动作或情况,有时还可以表示时间、原因、条件或解释整个句子。例:His hair became grey with the years passing. 随着时间的推移,他的头发变花白了

    Cultural Nte Henry Nrman Bethune was brn ir Ontari. Canada n 4 March 1890. He began studying medicine at the University f Trnt in 1909, but interrupted his studies t serve as a stretcher bearer fr an ambulance in Eurpe during Wrld War I, where he became severely injured. After he recvered, he returned t Canada and cmpleted his medical degree. He later interned in Lndn, and then studied surgery at the University f Edinburgh. Bethune wrked as a dctr in the US fr sme years, befre jining the Ryal Victria Hspital in Mntreal in 1928. At the Ryal Victria Hspital, he became a pineering chest surgen, inventing sme surgical tls that are still in use tday. In 1935, he made a shrt trip t the Sviet Unin. After he returned hme, he jined the Cmmunist Party f Canada. When the Spanish Civil War brke ut in 1936, he travelled t Madrid t ffer his services t the Republican gvernment in their fight against the Natinalists. While there he created a mbile bld transfusin system t aid wunded sldiers n the frnt lines. He returned t Canada in 1937 t raise mney fr the Republican cause. He then travelled t Yan’an t jin Chinese Cmmunist frces in 1938, later becming a battlefield dctr fr the 8th Rute Army (八路军). While perating n a sldier, he accidently cut his wn finger, and as a result develped bld pisning, which killed him. He died in Huangshiku, Hebei n 12 Nvember 1939, and was buried in the Revlutinary Martyrs’ Cemetery in Shijiazhuang.
