What is tense?
A tense is a frm f a verb which shws the time at which an actin happens. It cmes frm the Latin wrd "tempus", which means "time", used t talk abut the past, present, and future in their languages.
Hw can we learn tense well?
一般现在时 d/des
现在进行时 be(is,am,are) ding
现在完成时 have/has dne
现在完成进行时 have/has been ding
过去进行时 be(was,were) ding
过去完成时 had dne
过去完成进行时 had been ding
一般将来时 will/shall d, be t d, be ging/abut t d
将来进行时 will be ding
将来完成时 will have dne
将来完成进行时 will have been ding

The Present Simple Tense 一般现在时
实义动词(d/des)
The earth ges arund the sun.
2) 表示不随时间的变化而变化的事实、真理、格言等。
2 用法
1) 表示经常发生的或习惯性动作。常与下列表示次数的频率副词连用:always, usually, frequently, ften, smetimes, ccasinally, seldm, every day (week, year, night), nce a week等。
Class begins at eight every mrning.
The plane takes ff at 9:00 tmrrw mrning.
We will have a rest when we finish the wrk.
3) 表示按计划、时刻表安排好的动作,常用于arrive, leave, pen, start, begin, clse…等表“起止”的动词
4) 在表时间和条件的状语从句中,用一般现在时代替将来时。
主语+_________+ _________.
The Present Cntinuus Tense现在进行时
He is watching a mvie nw. Currently, they are ding experiments in the lab.
2) 表示目前一段时间内正在进行,但说话时可能没有进行,常带有this week, these days等时间状语。
1) 表示说话时正在进行的,目前正在发生的动作。时间状语 nw, right nw, at the (very) mment, at present, fr the time being, currently……
We are making mdel planes these days.这些天我们在做飞机模型。
Jhn is cming here next week and he is staying here until August.
3) 表示按计划或安排将要要发生的动作,常跟表将来的时间状语, 常用动词有:cme, g, leave, arrive, return, stay等。
4)与always,all the time, ften等连用,表经常反复的行为或某种感情色彩。
The girl is always talking lud in public.

The Present Perfect Tense现在完成时
have / has + v-ed
2 时间状语※
lately, recently, already, yet(否定、疑问), fr……,since……,ever since,ver the years, in recent yearsup t nw/ till nw/ s farin/ver/during the past/last +时间段.
He has written eight bks s far.Up t nw, I have understd everything the teacher’s said.
In the last past 10 years, great changes have taken place in my hmetwn.

1. 动作发生在过去, 强调对现在的结果、影响等。
2. 表示动作发生在过去, 并且一直持续到现在, 常有表示一段时间的时间状语。

3. 在时间或条件状语从句中,用现在完成时代替将来完成时。
If yu have cleaned all the rms, I will give yu a gd pay.

4. That/This/It is the first/secnd…/last time (that)… 从句中要用现在完成时;
5. That/This/It is +the+形容词最高级+名词+(that)… 从句中要用现在完成时;

6. It is /has been +一段时间+since+一般过去时
It has been six years since we last saw each ther, yu knw. 自从我们上次见面,已经过去6年了。

The Present Perfect Cntinuus Tense现在完成进行时
表示某一动作发生在过去, 一直持续到现在, 并还将持续下去。
We have been learning English as a secnd language fr mre than ten years.
He has been teaching in ur schl since graduatin.
肯定句: 主语+ ___________+表语. 主语+ ___________ (+其他).
was/ were
The Past Simple Tense一般过去时
常见时间状语:just nw, yesterday, the day befre yesterday, in the past, last night /week / mnth/year…, … ag, when+过去时
1. 过去发生的动作或存在的状态。
He became a lawyer last year.
※2. 表示过去某段时间持续的动作(现在不做了),常与表示时间段状语连用。
When he was in cllege,he ________fr tw years at the schl library.
I ______ (live) in the village fr 6 years when I was a child.
肯定句: 主语+ ______________+ 其他

The Past Cntinuus Tense过去进行时
常见时间状语:then, at that time, at this time yesterday/last year, at …’clck tnight, when+过去时从句
1. 过去某一时间正在进行的动作。
I was watching a film at 8 ’clck last night.
※2. 表示过去 一个动作正在进行,突然某事发生了。
We were ding experiments in the lab when the pwer was cut ff.

The Past Perfect Tense过去完成时
常见时间状语:by , by the end f…, by the time…, befre…, when+过去时从句
By the end f last year,he had made 10 car mdels.
1. 表过去某一时间或动作前发生的动作。即“过去的过去”
2. 表示过去未能实现的愿望、打算和意图。常用于 had planned/hped/intended/expected…
My father had intended t attend my graduatin ceremny, but he was t busy.
The train had left befre we reached the statin.
N sner had we taken my seat than the train started.
3. 用于固定句式: Hardly had sb. dne when +过去时 N sner had sb. dne than…… That/It was the time (that) sb. had dne
Hardly had I fallen asleep when my cellphne rang.
It was the first time that I had attended a summer camp.
主语 +__________ + 动词原形 + 其他.
The Future Simple Tense一般将来时
will / shall
常见时间状语:sn, tnight, tmrrw, next week/year, in the future, in a mnth/year……, after……
Will yu be free tnight? It’s fine tday, let’s g t the park and have a picnic.
will /shall d 表示将要发生的动作或情况,也可表示未事先考虑,临时决定将要做的事。
2) be ging t: 有迹象表明要发生; 事先计划打算要做的事。
2 常用表达
She is ging t buy a flat in dwntwn area.Lk at the dark cluds, it’s ging t rain.
We’re t meet at 4:00 this afternn. The shp is t pen in May.
The meeting is abut t begin.
4) be t d:表示约定、计划、安排要做的事。
3) be abut t d:表示即将发生的动作。 (一般不与时间状语连用,但可与when从句连用)
