Fr 63 percent f Americans, cffee is ne f their daily essentials. This number has been this high since 2017, accrding t the Natinal Cffee Assciatin. The rise f cffee is because f its numerus benefits like preventing DNA damage, but it wrks best if yu d this simple thing first: Eat.
“Drinking cffee n an empty stmach, r early in the mrning befre yu’ve had breakfast, can raise the level f crtisl (皮质醇) in yur bdy. Frm the mment yu pen yur eyes in the mrning, yur bdy starts releasing crtisl. These students are at an increased risk f md changes and pssible lng-term effects n their health, as explained in the study. “Drinking cffee n an empty stmach can greatly encurage the acid (酸) in yur stmach, prducing a mre acidic envirnment,” says Dr. Jamie Lng, a licensed clinical psychlgist.
