    The frm was extremely ppular in the Qing Dynasty and has cme t be regarded as ne f the cultural treasures f China.
    Peking Opera usually cmbines music, vcal perfrmance, mime, dance and acrbatics.

    Orchestras in Peking Opera
    It cmbines music, vcal perfrmance, mime (哑剧), dance and acrbatics (杂技); the instruments include jinghu and erhu.Mask is very imprtant; the cstumes are graceful, elegant (优雅的) and brilliant in clr and design. They bth tell a character’s sex (性别) and status (身份地位) at first glance. Stages are square platfrms expsed t the audience n three sides with very few prps (道具) n the stage. Dance mvements and acrbatic mvements are basic skills.
    Peking Opera:
    Everything is sung instead f being spken.It cmbines a number f perfrming arts, such as acting, scenery, cstume, and smetimes dance r ballet.The singers are n the stage. The rchestra is in frnt f the stage but lwer dwn in the pit (凹陷处).
