Bdy language is a part f nnverbal language. It includes things like gestures, facial expressins, and even small things that are barely identifiable like a brief shrug f the shulder r nd f the head. We frequently cmmunicate bth bdily and verbally and an estimated 70% f what we cmmunicate may be nnverbal. It must be understd that these are frequently specific t a culture.
Discuss when and where peple need t use bdy
language t cmmunicate effectively.
It’s imprtant t remember that bdy language isn’t necessarily universal. If yu’re bserving bdy mvements that seem ff, cnsider cultural r reginal differences that may accunt fr it.
Fr example, when we’re being judged, particularly in things like dating r jb interview, we d have t be careful what we may be cnveying.
And when we want t express ur views, mderate gesturing may simply suggest we’re engaged and cnfident in what we have t say and bdy language can be helpful t knw what yu’re saying.
