    Step2 Cnclusin
    概念:复合句中用作主语的名词性从句叫作主语从句。
    形式:
    连词that
    连词whether
    连接代词wh、what、which
    连接副词when、where、hw、why等
    Step3 Study
    连词that在引导名词性从句时本身没有意义,在从句中不担任任何句子成分,但引导主语从句时不能省略。
    e.g. 1)That yu didn't knw the rules wn't be an excuse fr yur failure.
    2)That the earth is rund is a fact.
    3)As I searched the name Linda n the Internet,it became evident that there're tw with the same name wh lk cmpletely different.
    2. 考点总结
    1)that引导主语从句位于句首时,本身无意义,但是不可省略。
    2)that从句作主语时,常用it作形式主语,常见句型有:
    ①It+be+形容词(bvius,natural,surprising,etc.)+that从句
    ②It+be+名词词组(n wnder,an hnr,a pity,etc.)+that从句
    ③It+ be+过去分词(said,reprted,thught,etc.)+that从句
    e.g. It is annunced in tday's newspaper that Xi Jinping will pay a visit t Russia next week
    2)whether(注意不能用if)在主语从句中表示的意思为:是否。
    e.g. 1)Whether she will win the prize is still unknwn.
    2)Whether he will cme is nt decided.
    3)It remains t be seen whether the newly frmed cmmittee's plicy can be put int practice.
    3)连接代词what(什么), wh(谁), which(哪一个),—ever(无论)在从句作主、宾、表语等。
    e.g. 1)Whever is the last t leave shuld turn ff the lights.
    2)What sme scientists have fund is that their lng-term use can smetimes harm bth the land and peple's health.
    3)Whever wants t stay in a htel has t pay their wn way.
    考点总结
    1.what引导名词性从句时,意为“什么”或“……的”,在从句中用来作主语、宾语、表语或定语。
    2.wh-ever引导名词性从句时,其作用等同于其前面的连接词,意为“任何……”或“无论……”,含有强调的语气。
    e.g. 1)What wrries us mst is wh let ut the secret.
    2)Whever breaks the law shuld be punished.
    4)连接副词when、hw、where、why,在主语从句中,表示的意思分别为:何时、怎样、何地、为什么。
    e.g. 1)Hw this culd be dne was a gd questin.
    2)Why she didn't shw up remains a puzzle.
    3)Where Li Bai,a great Chinese pet,was brn is knwn t the public,but sme wn't accept it.
    5. It作形式主语
    为保持句子平衡,常把主语从句后置,而用形式主语it代替,it作形式
    主语时常用于以下句型:
    ①It+be+形容词(bvius,natural,surprising,etc.)+that从句
    ②It+be+名词词组(n wnder,an hnr,a pity,etc.)+that从句
    ③It+ be+过去分词(said,reprted,thught,etc.)+that从句
    在“It + 系动词 + 形容词 + 主语从句”句型中,如果形容词为necessary,imprtant,strange,
    natural等时,从句谓语动词常用“(shuld)+动词原形”。
    在“It + 系动词 + 过去分词 + 主语从句”句型中,如果过去分词为suggest,advise,request
    ,require等时,从句谓语动词使用“(shuld)+动词原形”。
    6.主语从句注意事项
    1.从句要用陈述语序
    Hw the accident happened was still a puzzle.
    2.注意主谓一致
    (1)从句作主语时,主句的谓语一般用单数形式。
    Whether he will g hme r nt after graduatin has puzzled him much.
    (2)如果由and连接两个或两个以上的主语从句作主语时,谓语动词用复数;
    由两个或多个连接词引导一个主语从句时,谓语动词用单数。
    When and where they will hld the meeting is nt clear.
    When they will start and where they will g have nt been decided yet.
    7.主语从句连接词使用的判断方法:
    Step1(从第二个动词前)划出主语从句
    Step2 找出从句的谓语动词(观察其前后是否少主宾等成分)
    Step3 连词考虑顺序:
    连接代词——连接副词——whether——that
    e.g. this culd be dne was a gd questin.
