Nw,yu want t knw abut life in the past.Right?I can tell yu.When I was a by,things were different.I had t get up at six every mrning.That was nt very ht in the summer,but in winter it was cld.And we didn’t have any ht water in the huse.We had t wash in cld water.We didn’t have a bathrm.My dad had sme chickens.I had t feed them every mrning and then I had t walk t schl with my little sister.It was tw miles t schl and tw miles back in the evening.But it always seemed lnger in the mrning when we were ging t schl.There was a bus,but we didn’t have the mney.And we had t g t bed at seven ’clck every night.We culdn’t watch TV because there wasn’t any.On Sundays we had t g t church three times—mrning,afternn and evening.And we culdn’t play utside n Sundays.But it wasn’t all bad.We had sme gd times.We culd g ut and ur parents didn’t have t wrry abut us.There weren’t s many cars n the rads then,s the streets were safe t play in.And there were nt many rbbers and thieves in thse days.We had t wrk hard and we weren’t able t buy all thse things in the shps tday.Life was hard,but it was simple and peple were happier.I dn’t think I’d like t be yung tday.

The cck was very kind t her.He lent the snake his crwn.She put it n her head and felt very happy.The snake tld the cck she culd return him the crwn early the next mrning.
The snake glided alng prudly,like a queen.She wanted t shw ff her beautiful crwn.The animals said she was the mst beautiful.The snake did nt see the large pl f water in frnt f her.She fell int the pl and drpped the crwn.She searched fr the crwn but culd nt find it.She was afraid and did nt want t tell the cck.
The next mrning,the cck gt up very early and waited fr the snake.She did nt appear.The cck called fr her again and again.Still the snake did nt cme.
T this day,the ccks still gets up early each mrning and crws.He is saying,“Where are yu?”
