Accidents cannt always be avided at wrk, s it’s imprtant t understand hw t respnd in the event f an emergency, especially fr emplyers. These are three steps t take when an accident happens:1 Seek medical attentinThe very first step emplyers must take is t seek medical attentin. Even if the injury desn’t require urgent medical attentin, emplyers shuld strngly encurage the emplyee t get medical care as sn as pssible.2 Reprt the accidentEmplyers shuld speak with witnesses (目击者) t get their accunts f what happened. They shuld als take phts f where the accident tk place. When an accident happens at wrk, it’s imprtant t always be factual (基于事实的) and truthful in pst-accident reprts.3 Prevent future wrkplace injuries Once prper medical attentin has been given and the accident has been reprted, there’s anther step emplyers shuld take. Take the necessary measures t ensure a similar accident never happens again. This can be dne thrugh a detailed accident review and investigatin (调查).
在工作中，事故往往是不可避免的，所以明白在紧急事件发生时如何应对十分重要，对雇主来说尤为如此。当事故发生时，要完成以下三步：1. 及时就医雇主们第一步要做的就是及时送医。即使员工的伤势并不需要紧急治疗，雇主们也要强烈劝告员工尽快就医。2. 汇报事故雇主们应该和目击者沟通，了解事故的发生过程，并应该在事故发生地拍照。如果事故发生在工作期间，事故发生后的汇报要基于事实并真实准确。3. 预防未来的职场安全事故在给予员工恰当的医疗并汇报完事故后，雇主们还要完成另一个步骤，即采取必要的措施确保类似的事故不再发生。这一步可以通过详实的事故审查和调查来完成。
