Ridy, a 12-year-ld by, lived a carefree life under gd care f his mm and dad. Just like any ther by f his age, he ften lst his temper with his parents. Smetimes he beyed what they said, but smetimes he wuld cmpletely ignre them. Fr example, ne day, Ridy’s mm needed t g shpping fr sme ingredients fr cking and she asked Ridy t help lk after his ne-year-ld sister. But Ridy just blurted “n way”, slapped the dr and lcked himself int his bedrm. There was anther time when Ridy’s dad urgently needed Ridy t fetch a pair f fliers fr him when he was fixing his bike. Ridy just refused withut thinking. But Ridy’s parents did nt wrry a lt since this was very cmmn in kids.
It was an unexpected hliday annunced by the schl f Ridy and he had a five-day hliday. Fr the first tw days, he spent a gd time with his mther. She tk him fr utings. They went t the beach and amusement parks, and had delicius dining. She cked his favrite fds and played with him. Three days were left and Ridy’s mther wanted t clean the huse, which she intended t invlve Ridy in. T her surprise, he accepted withut hesitatin. With the help f Ridy, the huse instantly became very tidy and the flr shne like a mirrr. Everything she asked him t d during the three days was dne t perfectin. Althugh she was astnished by his behavir, a delicius sweetness well up in Ridy’s mm’s heart.
While she was cking the dinner meal n the fifth day, Ridy gave her a piece f paper written by him. Since his mm was busy cking, she asked him t place the paper n the dining table. After cking the meals, she tk the paper left by his sn. The piece f paper cntained the fllwing list:

The by was in tears when reading the paper. Hw ridiculus he was t charge his mm fr ding such tiny things. He rushed t his mm and gave a tight hug that he had never dne befre. I’m srry fr everything!” She tk him in her arm and kissed him n the frehead, a warm smile spreading acrss her face. That day, Ridy learned his mm’s uncnditinal lve fr him.
