M:My parents always had art bks arund the huse. One day, I fund a pht f a sculpture in them much mre interesting than any painting, s that's where I started.

Gd evening, this is Dctr K. In ur prgramme tday, we’ll talk abut tensin headaches. Mst headaches are tensin headaches. These headaches tend t happen again and again, especially if yu are under stress. They are nt usually a sign f smething serius, but they can last frm thirty minutes t seven days. Things such as stress, hunger, and even a change f weather can lead t a tensin headache, which ften includes a headache that is cnstant but nt severe and a pain at the back f yur head. If yu have a tensin headache, yu may als feel the pressure n bth sides f yur head. Mst peple treat their tensin headaches with pain medicine. Maybe the headache will disappear quickly. But be careful, if yu take the medicine mre than 3 times a week, yu may get a rebund headache, which is far mre severe than tensin headaches. Rebund headaches start whenever yu stp taking the medicine. Hme treatment may help yu avid tensin headaches. Try t reduce stress. Mre imprtantly, try using a headache diary. Each time yu get a headache, write dwn the date, the time, and what yu were ding and feeling befre yur headache started. This may help yu and yur dctr find ut the cause and then plan yur treatment.
