Gen Z, peple aged 18-24, appears t be leading the change. “Our research shws that the next generatin are clearly ging t make their mark n the wrkfrce when it cmes t hw we cmmunicate,” said Kirstie Mackey, head f Barclays Life Skills.
    “Yurs truly”, “Yurs sincerely”, and “T whm it may cncern” were the three phrases mstly likely t disappear frm the wrkplace within the next ten years. “Cmpliments” and “Respects” at the end f an email were the furth and fifth mst likely t g extinct.     While traditinal letter-writing styles translate int any frm f written cmmunicatin fr lder wrkers, yunger nes have been influenced by changing language styles that spread quickly thrugh scial media, Bailey added.
    Barclays Life Skills’ Mackey said that given ffice-prper language was changing, there were a few things t remember.
