Michael gave him a quick smile and walked away, leaving Frank t pnder ver his wn
behavir. Gradually, the hstility in his eyes sftened and gave way t gratitude. Meanwhile, a
smile blmed n Michael’s face — he eventually fund a way t deal with his “headache”.
Frm that day n, Frank never bthered him again. Michael had learned a valuable lessn –
kindness ges a lng way in reslving cnflicts. He did catch mre flies with hney than with
vinegar.
