一、虚拟语气的运用
【虚拟条件句】

【句的积累】
1.由when, while, as, until, as sn as等引导的时间状语从句

2.由if, unless, as lng as等引导的条件状语从句
They have a meeting every Friday unless there is nthing t discuss.
3.由s that, in case等引导的目的状语从句

4.由s that, s/such … that等引导的结果状语从句

5.由because, as, since等引导的原因状语从句

三、对话描写
对话是记叙文中刻画人物性格、推动故事情节发展、增加故事生活性的重要表现手法。恰当、有效的对话描写能为文章增光添彩。
(一)对话的不同形式及标点使用规则
1.对话提示词在前
He said, “Life here is like a cafeteria.Yu can get anything yu want as lng as yu are willing and able t pay the price fr it.”
对话提示词后用逗号,引用部分结束用句号,位于引号内。
2.对话提示词在后
“I will leave the message n the headmaster’s desk,” she said.
对话提示词后用句号,引用部分结束用逗号,位于引号内。
3.对话提示词在中间
“China is a great cuntry,” said many freigners.“We lve China very much.”
对话提示词前的引用语是完整的话,后面用逗号,位于引号内;对话提示词后用句
号;对话提示词后另起一句话时,首字母大写,句尾用句号,位于引号内。
“Yesterday,” said Mr.White/Mr.White said, “we had a wnderful time at the beach.”
对话提示词前的引用语是半句话,后面用逗号,位于引号内;对话提示词后用逗号;后半句开头一般不大写,句尾用句号,位于引号内。
(二)提升对话描写的生动性
1.对话提示词+语气
“We’re s pleased t meet yu at last,” he said in a respectful tne.
2.对话提示词+嗓音
“Can we speak privately?” she said in a lw/sft/quiet vice.
3.对话提示词+介词短语/副词
“Hw culd yu d that?” said Jack in surprise.
“That is fantastic news!” he said happily.
4.对话提示词+动作/状语
The lights return.“Yeah, n mre candles!” My father yells, pulling me away frm my fantasy.
“I just want that ne,” the little girl said, pinting t the pink ty.
四、定语从句的运用
使用从句能增强文章的层次感,使文章富有节奏感。
【句的积累】
1.限制性定语从句
The car which I hired brke dwn.(关系代词引导)

2.非限制性定语从句
Peter, wh had been driving all day, suggested stpping at the next twn.(关系代词引导)
Lily is ging t live in Beijing, where she has sme clse friends.(关系副词引导)
