Peple’s first memries are all autbigraphical (自传式的) , r memries f significant experiences in their lives, and these events typically didn’t happen befre the age f 2 r 3. In fact, mst peple can’t remember things frm the first few years f their lives ---- a phenmenn researchers have called infantile amnesia (婴儿期失忆症) .
Hwever, research suggests that infants (婴儿) can frm ther kinds f memries. Within the first few days f life, infants can recall their wn mther’s face and distinguish it frm the face f a stranger.
