一、字母组合u的发音规律
在含有u字母的单词中，如果单词是“（辅音+）u+辅音（r除外）+不发音的e”的结构时，u一般发/juː/音。

二、询问“某人或某物具体位置”
-- Where is she? 她在哪儿?--She’s in the kitchen.她在厨房里。--- Where are the keys? 钥匙在哪儿?--They’re in the dr.它们在门上。
用法：询问人或物品的具体位置， where是疑问副词，“在哪里”。问句: Where is\are+人/物品?答语:人/物品+is\are+表示地点的介词短语。

三、确认人物/物品是否在某地
--Is she in the living rm? 她在客厅里吗?--N，she isn’t. 不，她不在。
－Be动词+主语+地方? －Yes, 主语+be动词./N, 主语+be动词+nt.
1－Is it in yur desk? －Yes, it is./N, it isn’t.2－Are they near the phne? －Yes, they are./N, they aren’t.
—Is yur brther in the study?—________He’s in the bedrm.A．Yes, he is.　 B．Yes, she is. C．N, he isn’t.
从图片上看是在床上睡觉，应该是在卧室里，再由brther和答语“He’s in the bedrm.”可知选C。
She’s in the kitchen. 她在厨房里。
这是一个肯定句，用来描述人或者物的具体位置。句子结构：主语＋be动词(am/is/are)＋表示地点的介词短语。She’s 是She is 的缩写形式。例句：The dg is in the bedrm. 狗在卧室里。

Tips: isn’t = is nt aren’t = are nt 注意回答时 be 动词的用法
A: Is it …?/Are they …?（询问某物是否在某地）B: Yes, it is. N, it isn’t. / Yes, they are. N, they aren’t.
【点拨】从语境中看出应该是找不到钢笔了，寻求帮助。故应选find。不选finds是因为情态动词can后要跟动词原形。所以答案是B。

【点拨】Where可以用来询问某人/某物品的位置，还可以询问某个具体的地方的位置。Yur father意思为“你的爸爸”，是单数，be动词要用is，因此正确答案为：C。
