Hw are we splitting (分摊) rent? What’s ur guest plicy? Shuld we create a cleaning schedule? Make yur expectatins clear. If yur rmmates say they’re gd abut “paying rent n time”, fr example, what des “n time” mean t them? 设空位于段首,是本段中心句,根据后文“Hst events tgether, like a themed watch party fr a mvie r sprts game. Keep a guestbk fr yur apartment and have guests sign it. Yu culd even thrw a Pwerpint party.
位于段尾,是对前文的总结,根据前文“Living with a rmmate is a gd pprtunity t meet smene with a very different backgrund frm yurs. 可知,F项“In this case, yu can learn smething new frm yur rmmate (在这种情况下,你可以从你的室友那里学到一些新东西)”是对前文的总结,符合文意。故选F项。
