1.定义：由sme, any, n, every分别加上-ne, -bdy, -thing构成的不定代词叫做合成不定代词或复合不定代词。
不定代词 + adj. / else

seem不及物动词或系动词，“好像；似乎；看来”。

② seem + t d sth. “似乎要做某事”。
seem + n. “看起来……”。
例：他看起来是个好人。 He seems a nice persn.
例：老师似乎同意我的观点。 The teacher seems t agree with me.
③ It seems/ seemed+ that从句 “看起来像……”。 例：看起来好像没有人相信你。 It seems that n ne believes yu.
④ seem like… “好像，似乎……”。 例：它好像是个好主意。 It seems like a gd idea.

bred “厌烦的；感到无聊的”，修饰人，作表语。bring “无聊的；令人厌烦的”，修饰事或物， 可作表语和定语。
(2) 辨析：bred 与 bring

此句中that there was…是表语从句。There be sth. t d意为“有某事要做”。but read意为“除了读书”。nthing意为“没有任何东西”，是否定词。相当于nt…anything。
