I gt invlved in a lng-term prgram fueled by generatins f energetic vlunteers. They tagged mnarchs, mnitred their migratin suth, and helped t give lectures at the lcal state park. It helped shw patterns in mnarch migratin. Mnitring mnarchs in the same lcatin, year after year, allwed us t assciate climate change with increasing delayed migratins, which had put the mnarchs at risk.
In anther prgram, we visited a mnarch reserve in March 2007. There, we tagged mre than 3,000 mnarchs, talked t hundreds f interested visitrs, and witnessed the amazing mvement f mnarchs.
