    Accrding t eclgist Kit O’Cnnr, the Telegraph Fire shifted frm a pwerful fire, which was killing rughly 60% t 70% f the trees it encuntered, t a slw-mving grund fire that nly killed abut 1% f the trees it came acrss. “Ultimately, the fire stpped apprximately a kilmeter away frm a residential area n the utskirts f Glbe,” said Lata, a wildfire management expert.
