The next day, the names f the winners f the cmpetitin were annunced in frnt f the whle schl. I heard my name as the 1st runner-up and
winning the secnd prize. It was an astnishment fr me as I never even dreamed t even get any prize.
Later, I thanked my science teacher fr her wrds f encuragement and shwing her cnfidence in me. Overall, that day, I became aware f my
talent and I tried making mre paintings whenever I gt free time. Smetimes I think that if nt fr her wrds f encuragement I wuld have never
acknwledged the talent I had.

imprving yur endurance (耐力). Mst peple decide t exercise when it best fits their schedule, s ftentimes they can’t help the time f the day they
chse t be active.
Research has shwn, hwever, that the time f day yu chse t exercise can affect yur wrkut in varius ways. The best time t wrk ut is
whenever yu can. We dn’t all have schedules that allw fr a 90-minute wrkut. If yur nly time f day t exercise is befre wrk, then mrning is
best. If yu reserve physical activity fr packed evenings, there’s a gd chance that yu wn’t ever get t it. Likewise, if yu can nly squash (挤进) 20
minutes f exercise int yur day right befre yu get ready fr bed, that’s the best time t wrk ut.
