It happened n the day when there was a drawing cmpetitin at my schl. The theme is given t us all was the fight f “Kargil”. S we all started
brainstrming t get sme creative ideas. Everyne started drawing smething n their canvas (画布) and I was still busy trying t think f smething
which can bring ut my thught and emtins. While ding this I was kind f lst in anther wrld. When my science teacher called my name, it brught
me back t my senses. I respnded t her vice which was cming frm the back. She came t me and encuraged me by saying that “d nt think t
much ver it, just put whatever cmes in yur mind n canvas. And d yur best, yu will d well”. I listened t her wrds f wisdm and started my
    painting.
The next day, the names f the winners f the cmpetitin were annunced in frnt f the whle schl. I heard my name as the 1st runner-up and
winning the secnd prize. It was an astnishment fr me as I never even dreamed t even get any prize.

3.There’s always been debate abut the best time f day t wrk ut. Fr the lngest time I’ve heard that exercising first thing in the mrning is
ideal, but thers say a nighttime wrkut benefits them mre. Is ne time really better than anther, and why?
Regardless f when yu wrk ut, there are many health benefits frm mving regularly, like imprving yur heart health, getting strnger r even
imprving yur endurance (耐力). Mst peple decide t exercise when it best fits their schedule, s ftentimes they can’t help the time f the day they
    chse t be active.
Research has shwn, hwever, that the time f day yu chse t exercise can affect yur wrkut in varius ways. The best time t wrk ut is
whenever yu can. We dn’t all have schedules that allw fr a 90-minute wrkut. If yur nly time f day t exercise is befre wrk, then mrning is
best. If yu reserve physical activity fr packed evenings, there’s a gd chance that yu wn’t ever get t it. Likewise, if yu can nly squash (挤进) 20
minutes f exercise int yur day right befre yu get ready fr bed, that’s the best time t wrk ut.
I want t add a nte n cnsistency (连贯性), thugh: The best time t exercise is whenever yu can, but the best-best time f day t exercise is the
time yu can stick with fr days, weeks and mnths.
The fact f the matter is that peple wh exercise cnsistently see better weight lss and fitness results in the lng-term. Research als suggests that
yur bdy can adapt t regular training schedules, s if yu wrk ut every mrning, yu will prbably get a lt better at wrking ut in the mrning,
and the same in regard t nighttime wrkuts.

pints ut that the relatinship between junir researcher and supervisr is influenced by many factrs including persnality, frmer experiences and the
    department’s culture.
Keshun Zhang faced this issue after mving frm China t the University f Knstanz in Germany t get his PhD in psychlgy. He was used t
fllwing teachers’ suggestins. But the culture in Germany always encurages yu t argue, t fight fr yurself. With his supervisr’s
encuragement, he started pushing back. After his first year, his supervisr said, “Ww, finally yu have learnt t say n.” Zhang als realized that he
was expected t wrk independently(独立地). His supervisr urged him t try t slve prblems n his wn and t ask fr guidance nly if he became
    stuck.
“Peple smetimes brush ff a student frm anther cuntry as ‘rude’, but in their culture, they’re nt,” says Amratia, wh was a Kenya
student at the University f Flrida in Gainesville. “Researchers shuld als remember that their natin’s custms aren’t necessarily best. When yu
cme frm a different cuntry, yu dn’t assume everybdy shuld be ding things yur way. I never cared if smebdy was different frm me as lng
