Have yu ever wndered hw yur favrite NBA team received its famus name? All NBA teams have an interesting stry r a histry behind their names. Sme f the names reflected the city’s culture r histry, thers came frm previus wners and many were selected thrugh “Name the Team” cntests.

In 1947, team fficials changed the name t the Lakers t reflect the Minnesta State’s nickname, “Land f 10,000 Lakes”. The team name went unchanged after mving t Ls Angeles in 1960.

The name stayed with the team even after finding a new hme in Salt Lake City, Utah in 1979.
The riginal wner f the Chicag Bulls, Richard Klein, named the team the Bulls. He picked the name because a fighting bull is relentless and never quits. Klein, wh funded the club in 1966, believed these qualities were necessary fr a champinship team and hped his Chicag athletes wuld live up t the team name. The Bulls, the winner f the six NBA champinships, has definitely fllwed the belief.

Many f these materials were small enugh t be breathed in withut even realizing it. They’re in the air, and they’re everywhere.
    12. What did Steve Allen think f the finding?
    A. Interesting.B. Bring.
    C. Surprising.D. Disappinting.
    13. What can we learn frm paragraph 3?
    A. Hw the micrplastics cme int being.
    B. Hw the wind spreads the micrplastics.
    C. Hw the micrplastic pllutin appears.
    D. Hw the wind makes the pllutin serius.
    14. What d we knw abut the plastic particles?
    A. It is difficult t cllect them.
    B. They all cme frm big cities.
    C. They are part f the air we breathe.
    D. It is impssible t knw their surce.
    15. What is the text mainly abut?
    A. Plastics have been fund in the distant areas.
    B. Plastics are prved t d great harm t the sil.
    C. The micrplastic pllutin is wrse in big cities.

She wished Mr. Smith hadn't made them d it.
