The structure tk nly tw years t build. It has a cncrete-framed pdium（基座） at the base that is six streys tall and the 19-stre y timber twer rises frm the pdium. The cre cntaining the elevatr shaft and staircase is made f cncrete t help the building deal with wind and earthquakes, as well as fr fire safety reasns.
