Paragraph 1: Realizing the reasn fr my failure, my parents started t dislike the fact that I had a phne. They tld me they ①had intended t encurage me t get better grades. T their disappintment, hwever, my grades were slipping. Wrse still, they said they had nticed that I had been paying little attentin t them since I gt a phne. It was like I had my wn little wrld, making them think that we didn’t cmmunicate as much as befre because f my phne. They regretted having given me the phne, which distracted me frm my studies and made me neglect my family.
