二、书面表达六步法：
1．审：确定文体：记叙文、说明文、或是应用文（书信、日记）
及基本要素：5W1H：When（时间）、Where（地点）、Wh（人物）、What（什么事）、Hw（怎么样）、Why（为什么）。确定人称和时态。
2．抓：抓要点，确定主要内容。
3．扩：扩展成句。句子宜短不宜长，句型宜简不宜繁。
4．连：连句成文。注意句与句之间、段与段之间的过渡，适当添加过渡词或短语，使文章更加自然、流畅。
5．改：查漏改错。通读几遍，看行文是否通顺，要点是否齐全，词数是否符合要求，大小写、标点符号、单词拼写是否正确。
6．抄：认真抄写。注意书写规范、整洁。
