When I was in my primary schl, I had an pprtunity t attend a musical cntest held in my schl. That was the first time I had watched a live musical perfrmance. The fantastic players tuched me deeply.
I asked my parents t allw me t take up a pian lessn fr beginners. In the beginning, it was quite difficult t read the ntes n the stave. Hwever, it did nt demralize me. I spent mst f my leisure hurs practising pian. Althugh my fingers were painful after a few hurs f practice, I felt satisfied if I culd play a music piece cmpletely.

Learning English Beynd the Classrm
Nwadays, with the grwing ppularity f smartphnes and cmputers, an increasing number f students are chsing t learn English beynd the classrm in varius ways．
It can easily be seen that the percentage f students wh chse listening t English sngs and watching English mvies is respectively 65% and 50%. Hwever, thse chsing reading English bks and visiting English learning websites nly accunt fr 18% and 12%.
As far as I'm cncerned, it is a disturbing trend. Fr students, what benefits mst t their study is reading English bks. Because f their lack f self­discipline, they're mre easily addicted t chatting nline r playing games. It's urgent fr students themselves t imprve their self­discipline, and it's als urgent fr parents and teachers t strengthen their guidance.
