What if yu dn't have a partner?Well, I'm sure yu have a friend wh wuld lve t train with yu.Or, if yu have yung children, why nt train in the backyard with anther parent while they play?Yu just need sme music.The imprtant thing is t have a plan and t make the time t d it.It will be much mre fun than ding it n yur wn.
