    I lked dwn t find a little girl with brwn eyes lking at me. She smiled at me, althugh there were sme scars n her little arms. “Hi. I’m Ashley. D yu want t play dlls with me?” she asked.     Hell, I’m Harry. I’m here t talk abut my wrk as a pilt fr Emperr Airlines. Its headquarters are here in Texas and I mved here frm Califrnia t take up the rle last year. My lve f flying started in childhd. My dad was a pilt s I traveled n planes frm an early age. Later, I studied aernautics at cllege in Ohi. I als jined a flying club t get a feel f flying a plane, which cnfirmed my flying career. After graduatin, I gt an pprtunity with Emperr Airlines in Califrnia. It was a lengthy prcess with lts f training fr trainee pilts. We learnt t tell the flight rutes, wrk ut the required fuel and s n. We were als trained t deal with emergencies. Fr example, we needed t make an emergency landing because f the sudden breakdwn f an engine. That was the mst difficult part f the training fr me. Then I started at the bttm as a First Officer. Nw I rank as a Senir First Officer. I like the view — my ffice windw changes every day! And with the variety f passengers and crew I get t meet. Althugh I dn’t cme int as much cntact with passengers as the flight crew, there’s never a bring mment.
