Our bdies need t be taken care f if we are t be healthy. The fd we eat and the way we treat ur bdies is what helps us t live a lng life. If we eat well we will be able t enjy an energetic life. One f the mst imprtant parts f life is exercise. Exercise is anther part f keeping yur bdy healthy. Our bdies are designed t be used s let us use them wisely and eat healthily t experience lng life.
The first pint we want t talk abut is what cnstitutes（组成） a healthy diet. We need gd fd fr a gd life. We need lts f vitamins and prtein. Vegetables, bread, rice, milk, meat, fish and fruit have a lt f gd things in them. They help t make yur bdy strng and healthy. It is imprtant t eat enugh f them- nt t much and nt t little. T much (especially f the wrng kind f fd-Junk fd.) can make yu fat but t little makes yu weak. We als need things like Cereal and sme sugar (but nt t much) in ur diet. Sme f the exercise can be prvided by the sprt that we play. Sme examples are: Ftball this is what we call an anaerbic exercise which means that we mve suddenly and quickly. These types f sprt (anaerbic) make yur muscles strnger but d nt help yur heart. Swimming and running are n the ther hand aerbic sprts. These types make yur bdy mve all the time s as well as yur muscles they make yur heart strnger and they imprve yur bld circulatin. They help yu by making yu breathe mre xygen int yur lungs and then int yur bld then int yur heart. The heart sends it arund yur bdy which takes the xygen ut and puts carbn dixide in. Yur bld ges back t yur heart and then t yur lungs and yu breathe ut carbn dixide.
Anther nt mentined befre imprtant pint is that we need friends s if we have gd friends they will help us enjy a gd life. Als if we have lve and peace in ur hme and in ur wrk then that is a great help t give us a gd life.
