When I was in my early 20s, I first discvered the pem Desiderata. It was a grey rainy weekend in a shp in Australia. On the wall was a pster (海报) with a text, and the first tw wrds were "G placidly (平静地)".

Desiderata is a 1920s pem by the almst-frgtten American pet Max Ehrmann. It's basically an instructin n hw t live a happy life. It first caught public attentin 20 years after Ehrmann's death in the 1960s, when peace and lve suddenly seemed quite attractive. By the 1970s cpies f the text hung in classrms and living rms all ver America. Hwever, mst peple tday dn't knw the pem anymre.
I have several pems memrized and they have been a great help in their wn different ways. But Desiderata still seems the mst helpful ne. G placidly thrugh life. Nt gently r quietly, but with calm and cnfidence, even when in the middle f "nise and haste". And I dn't knw if yu've lked ut the windw recently, but there's an awful lt f nise and haste ging arund.
It has been mre than 10 years since I first read Desiderata. I'm a little lder, nne the wiser. I nw have a tw-year-ld kid, which means ur huse is usually like a space in a war. S it's nt surprising that there are high levels f weight lss supplement (补充剂) use in adlescents and in girls in particular.

Sustainable travel is an idea that many experts within the travel industry agree n.
