根据第一段中的 cmplained t her father that her life was unhappy and that she was tired f struggling all the time可知女儿因生活不幸福、不容易而向父亲抱怨,故A项正确。
He then explained that the ne reacted differently并结合文章最后段的内容可知故事旨在通过不同物质在开水中的不同反应告诉读者面对逆境时不同的人反应不同,故D项正确。
画线词后面的 with thin uter shell prtecting their liquid until they were put in the biling water意为“有着薄薄的外壳保护它们的液体直至它们被放入开水里”,由此并结合常识可推知画线单词意为“易碎的”,故B项正确。
抱怨2. be tired f厌倦3. liquid n.

But things were even harder fr Srikanth Blla wh was brn in a small village in India, where the cmmn belief was that kids with disabilities were “f n use” and therefre, better ff dead.
故A项 Talk abut values and curage(谈论价值观和勇气)正确。
4.F【解析】本段中心句是 Ask yur kids t share their acts f bravery.
