The film shuld last n mre than 12 minutes and yu shuld have at least 3 main characters. Last year’s winner had 8 peple in it, but we dn’t usually expect s many! This is the third year f the cmpetitin. In previus years, we accepted any type f film, frm hrrr films t cmedy, but this year we are lking fr a drama. We have seen sme great films ver the years. Last year’s films were abut the family, and we saw sme wnderful wrks. This year, hwever, we want films abut the weather—it can either be abut hw it makes yu feel r hw it can change a day.
