The Clubs Fair
Li Na and Liu Wei are new students at Yangguang Junir High Schl. Last mnth, they went t the Clubs Fair. The fair was very crwded, but it was als a lt f fun.
First, Li Na and Liu Wei learnt abut the Rcket Club. “Our club will teach yu hw t design and build rckets. Then yu can launch them int the sky,” a by said. “Watch!” He tk a rcket and launched it. The rcket tk ff int the sky and disappeared. Li Na and Liu Wei were very surprised.
A girl suddenly shuted, “Watch ut!” A mment later, a ty plane quickly flew past Li Na and Liu Wei. “I’m s srry!” said the girl. “It’s a cl plane, isn't it? It runs n slar pwer.” “It's amazing! Which club are yu in?” asked Li Na. “The Slar Pwer Club, f curse! We build all kinds f wnderful machines. They get their energy frm the sun.” The girl then passed the remte cntrl t Li Na. “It is fun t fly the plane arund the sprts grund!” said Li Na.
“Ww, lk at thse beautiful paper-cuts ver there,” Liu Wei said excitedly. Li Na turned arund and lked at the Craft Club's table. A member f the club started telling them abut their club activities, “If yu jin ur club, yu will learn hw t cut paper int many different pretty shapes. Wuld yu like t have a try?” Li Na and Liu Wei were very excited abut thse clubs. “I want t jin all the clubs!” said Li Na. “Me t!” said Liu Wei.
