    教材分析
    这是本单元的第四个课时。听说课,在备这一课时,发现关于人际交往的能力是对学生相当重要,也是学生比较欠缺的,所以,这一课的内容要更加注重理论联系实际,帮助学生学会人际关系原则的运用。
    教学目标
    1.知识目标:教学学生生词frgive, aplgize, judge, cmplain.
    2.能力目标:面对不同的人际交往的问题,表达个人观点的能力;训练学生听录音,记录关键字的能力
    3.情感目标:教会学生人际交往最重要的原则“我想要别人怎样对我,我就要怎样对待别人”。

    教学重点:1.了解和运用建立好的人际关系的建议
    2. 学会说不的方式
    教学难点:1 记录听力中的重要信息
    2把课堂中学到的道理和内容在新的情境中运用出来。
    五、教学过程

    7.T ask Ss t learn EQ. EQ, r emtinal intelligence qutient, is a measurement f the ability t recgnize ne’s wn and ther peple’s emtins. It is believed that EQ plays an even mre imprtant rle than IQ in peple’s lives. Being able t say n plitely is ne f the features f emtinal intelligence.

    六、教学反思
    本节课是一节听说课,也是一节育人课。高一学生刚刚离开父母,过寄宿制生活,独立地面临生活中的人际关系,很容易由于处理不当,饱受人际关系的困扰。这一课的亮点有以下三点:
    第一,主题深刻且实用。“自我为中心”是造成人际关系问题的根本原因。当人处处计算自己的得失的时候,就会因为芝麻大小的事情而深受困扰,其实,这也是锻炼人要有宽广的心胸,为他人着想,才能获得幸福的人际关系。这一课教会学生学会道歉,学会原谅,学会同理心,学会说不,这都是很宝贵的人生道理。同学们在建立好的人际关系时,最大的障碍仍然是对自己了解不够。虽说人都容易生气和发怨言,这是人的本性使然,但是,若是对自己的情绪有足够的了解,我们就知道生气并不是外因造成的,而是自己的内心不够平静造成的,当我们学会察觉自己的情绪,我们就能控制自己的情绪,不会把自己的不满发泄在别人身上。所以,课堂给出的黄金法则是”你想要别人怎样对你,你就要怎样对待别人“,这就化”自私“为”利他“的最好法则。
    第二、情形贴近实际,帮助学生操练如何恰当表达。课堂上提出的四种情形都是学生在生活中很可能遇到的情形,忘记了朋友生日,感到愧疚;邻居晚上发出很大声音;朋友把你的书弄丢了;朋友叫你看拳击比赛,但是你不喜欢拳击。同学们若缺乏必要的人际关系,往往情绪使然,来不及用理智思考,就会鲁莽地做很多不合宜的事情,造成人际关系损伤,而人际关系一旦损伤,要恢复如初就要付出很大的代价,所以,训练情商是非常有必要的,好的情商能够帮助人们在问题面前,巧妙的处理,赢得好的关系。作者提供了两种反应,作为一面镜子,让同学们看看自己选择用哪种方式来反映,积极的方式被同学认同,若加以好好操练,就能慢慢变成品格的。
    第三、输入和输出比例恰当。本课无论输入还是输出都是鲜活的生活实际。很多同学不好意思说不,因此,对于别人不合理的要求,自己委曲求全说好,结果,后面又出现很多怨言。先爱自己,才有能力爱别人。对于自己不能做到的事情,要学会委婉的拒绝,这是你要为保护自己设立的界限。课堂由三个听力对话,做好相应的铺垫,让同学们明白,当别人提出要求时,我们可以提出自己能满足的最大原则,当别人邀请我们时,我们可以拒绝,因为我们有自己的事情要做,当别人利用我们做不道德的事情,我们要拒绝,并且告诉他应该怎么做。最后给出一个案例让同学们自由操练,别人请你帮他照看宠物,你不太愿意时,如何婉拒别人,又让别人感到不会受伤,给出的建议是,你可以选择询问父母的意见,或者帮助他找到合适的人选,让别人看到你并不是不愿意帮助,而是没有能力帮助。这种方式体现了尊重自己想法,也体贴别人感受的情商,是fr me, fr yu的最佳运用,这种高情商是当今社会需要的基本素质。
    所以,这一课,建立好的人际关系,学会说不,是一堂具有生命意义的课程,我们只有知己知彼,才能够在人际关系中,考虑到自己,也考虑到别人,才能构建爱的关系。美中不足的是,在最后的输出活动中,脚手架搭建不够,导致学生输出时依赖的语言和巨型不够,若能加上各种语言句型,就能帮助学生更好的提升情商和英语水平。
