In my first high schl year I jined my schl's clr guard (掌旗仪仗队) because I thught it wuld be fun learning t tss (抛) a flag. At first it was easy, but a cuple f mnths later we were taught the singleandahalf tss. We tssed ur flag s that it wuld turn ne and a half times in the air and we had t catch the ple (旗杆) straight up and dwn with the flag at the tp. Smetimes I drpped it, and ther times it went t ne side when I tssed my flag. After an hur I was the nly ne wh culdn't d it.
Our teacher, Angie, asked me t keep practicing while everyne else gt t relax. I felt ashamed (羞愧)as my teammates watched me fail s many times. Finally I gt s tired f the tss that I didn't care whether I did it right.
