    My first day in schl started by stepping nt the schl bus with a bag full f bks and a heart full f curisity. It was like I was starting a new chapter (章) in my life. It’s nt hard t wrk ut yur sleep debt. Suppse yu require eight hurs f sleep a night, but fr ne week, yu nly slept six hurs nightly. As a result, yu develped sleep debt f 14 hurs. Many peple use shrt sleeps and their days ff t replace lst sleep. Yet studies shw that it can take up t fur days t replace ne hur f lst sleep and avid its harmful effects.
