The first week f September was a week that I had been expecting (期待) all summer. I didn’t want summer t end, but I was excited abut ging t high schl fr my first week.
When I gt t schl in the mrning n the first day, I realized hw large the schl was, and hw many students went there. I ended up in the wrng classrm because f the size f the schl. Luckily, a kind senir shwed up and guided me t my hmerm befre I was late. I was happy t see that in a class f unfamiliar (不熟悉的) faces, the nly pen seat was next t my gd friend Casey. My science teacher seemed like a gd teacher. She was exciting and fun.

Have yu ever imagined that scientists culd make rbts that will be able t feel and tuch just like humans? In the future rbts might n lnger be stiff (僵硬的), metal machines. They might be able t act and even lk just like us!
The system used t help rbts feel is called “haptics technlgy”. Haptics is a wrd which is used t describe the way we understand smething thrugh the use f tuch. Hwever, US scientists have created a machine called Ne that a dctr wears n his r her head. Ne is cnnected t the rbt ding the peratin. When the rbt tuches smething, Ne imitates the tuch n the dctr’s head.
The inventin f Ne is great news fr dctrs because nw they can feel what the rbt is feeling. But scientists have even bigger dreams. They are trying t make rbts that can feel fr themselves just like humans. They have created sensrs that are just like the human fingertip. These sensrs are at the end f the rbts’ hands. Messages will be sent t the rbts’ “brains”. And the rbts will knw hw t hld smething withut breaking it.
