    I. Teaching Objectives:
    1. Knwledge Objectives:
    (1)Students will be able t recgnize and understand vcabulary related
    t physical fitness and exercise rutines.
    (2)Students will learn and practice using sentence structures t express
    their daily exercise habits.
    2. Skill Objectives:
    (1)Students will develp listening skills by cmpleting a listening task
    related t fitness activities.
    (2)Students will practice speaking by engaging in pair and grup
    activities t discuss their favrite exercises and reasns fr keeping fit.
    3. Affective Objectives:
    (1)Students will develp a psitive attitude twards maintaining a healthy
    lifestyle and regular exercise.
    (2)Students will enhance their teamwrk and cmmunicatin skills
    thrugh cllabrative activities.
    II. Teaching Prcedures
    Step1. Warm-Up (5 minutes):
    1. Begin by greeting the students and asking them hw they feel tday.

    2. Intrduce the theme f the unit, "Keep Fit," and explain its imprtance
    in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
    3. Brainstrming Activity:
    Ask students t brainstrm different types f exercises they knw (e.g.,
    running, swimming, yga). Write these n the whitebard.
    4. Intrduce new vcabulary related t fitness using flashcards (e.g.,
    jgging, cycling, stretching).
    Step2.Presentatin (15 minutes):
    1. Vcabulary Teaching:
    (1)Use flashcards t teach new vcabulary wrds related t fitness.
    (2)Encurage students t repeat after yu and use the wrds in sentences.
    2. Listening Activity (1a):
    (1)Play the audi clip where a character describes their daily exercise
    rutine.
    (2)Students listen and fill in the blanks n their handuts with the missing
    wrds related t the exercise rutine.
    (3)Check answers tgether and discuss any difficulties.
    3. Dialgue Presentatin (1b):
    (1)Read the dialgue in the textbk that shws a cnversatin abut
    fitness rutines.
    (2)Highlight key sentence structures fr expressing habits (e.g., "I

    usually...", "She never...").
    Step3.Practice (15 minutes):
    1. Pair Wrk (1c):
    (1)Students pair up and use the sentence structures learned t create a
    dialgue abut their wn exercise habits.
    (2)Prvide a few minutes fr preparatin, then ask pairs t share with the
    class.
    2. Grup Discussin (1d):
    (1)Divide the class int grups f fur.Each grup discusses and decides
    n a fitness plan fr a week, including different types f exercises and
    their benefits.
    (2)Grups present their plans t the class, using the new vcabulary and
    sentence structures.
    Step4. Prductin (10 minutes):
    1. Give students a wrksheet where they write a shrt paragraph abut
    their ideal fitness rutine and why they chse it.
    2. Encurage them t use the new vcabulary and sentence structures
    learned.
    V. Hmewrk:

    1. Assign students t create a weekly fitness schedule and bring it t the
    next class.
    2. Encurage them t share their experiences with a family member r
    friend abut the imprtance f keeping fit.
