(2)Say, “Tiger” and have the children respond by imitating a tiger with movements and noises. (3)Repeat this for other animals learned in Unit 7. Have the children continue to move around the classroom. (4)Say’s it down” and hold up the flashcards for each animal. Ask, “What is it?” and have the children respond, “It’s a (tiger).” (5)Repeat for all the words of animals. Step 2: Preview(1)Hold up the flashcard for square and have the children look at it. (2)Repeat the step above and present the new vocabulary. (3)Repeat the new words by holding up different shapes and eliciting the words from the children in a choral drill, and then form individuals. Step 3: Story(1)Say,” Now we are going to hear what they said,” Have the class look at the picture as you play the tape. (2)Play the tape again and have the children repeat the words. Step 4: Touch and say(1)Attract their attention. (2)Play the tape, and have the children point to each picture as they hear the matching word. (3)Have the children work in pairs, taking turns to point and say the words for all the shapes. Step 5: Homework 【教学反思】Let them repeat and review the words again and again in diversified forms.
