How often do you let other people's rude actions change your mood? Do you let a bad driver or an impolite waiter make your day in a mess? However the mark of your wise reply to the actions is how 1 you can come back to smiling to them. Sixteen years ago,I learned this 2 at the back of a taxi in New York.
We were driving fast in the right lane(车道)when suddenly, a black car jumped 3 a parking space right in front of us. My taxi driver stepped on the brake(刹车)as hard as possible, and at the 4 moment our car stopped just one inch from the back of the other car.
I couldn't 5 what happened next. The driver
of the car turned his head around and started 6 bad words. But then here's what really 7 me. My taxi driver just smiled and waved(挥手致意)at the guy. I said, "Why did you just do that? This guy nearly killed us! " He told me what I now remember "The Law of the Garbage(垃圾)Truck."
He said,"Like garbage trucks, many people run around full of garbage, full of anger, and full of regret. 8 their garbage increases more and more, they look for a place to pour it. If you let them, they'll pour it on you. So when someone wants to pour it on you, don't feel hurt. Just smile, wave, and move on. You will be 9 . "
I started thinking: how often do I let Garbage Trucks run right over me? And how often do I take their garbage and 10 it to other people? Then I knew clearly what I should do.
I began to see Garbage Trucks. I see the bad mood people are carrying. I see them coming to pour it. And like my taxi driver, I don't feel hurt. I just smile, wave and move on.

At the present time, more and more people love travelling. It's a very good 1 of getting to know new people and cultures and acquiring(获得)experiences. It helps travelers
2 a lot. Travel can make our minds become 3 .
But travel does more than all that. It can also make us more creative. In recent years, some professors have been doing research on what many people have already learned from travel experiences, They believe that spending time abroad has the 4 to affect(影响)people's mind. For example, they found that the students who lived abroad for a longer period were better at 5 problems creatively than those who did not. If you stay in the same place, you can't experience new sights, new smells, new sounds and new cultures. All these can 6 your mind and make it more active.
7 , that doesn't mean the more places you've been, the more creative you'll become. Another group of professors have been doing 8 research. They found the people who often travelled from one place to another didn't have enough 9 to immerse(使……沉浸)themselves in a new place and a new culture. They weren't as creative as the people who spent the time 10 getting to know a place. You have to interact(相互影响)with the places you go to and then you can benefit(得益)from it.
if you go travelling, which do you prefer, staying in a place for a certain period or rushing all the way?

`A zero-waste life is a lifestyle that hardly creates any rubbish. So, a zero-waste theme store is about 1 people with a number of everyday, practical and pleasant zero-waste products to help them start on a one-stop, zero-waste life journey.

Yu says that those who were once not 13 in the zero-waste lifestyle have gradually changed because of curiosity. The zero-waste lifestyle, she adds, is for everyone.
