在There be句型中：当be动词后所接的名词是可数名词的单数或不可数名词时，be 动词用is:

在There be句型中：当be动词后所接的名词是可数名词的复数时，be 动词用are；
如： There are sme tys in the bedrm. There are tw bks n the desk.
在There be句型中：be动词的单复数形式由后面紧跟的名词的单复数决定，遵循“就近原则” 。
