    Test anxiety can be a real prblem. When smene is stressed ut ver a test, he r she may nt be able t d his r her best wrk. Feeling ready t meet the challenge, thugh, can keep test anxiety at a prper level.


    Use a little stress t yur advantage. Stress is yur bdy’s warning mechanism (装置)—it’s a signal that helps yu prepare fr smething imprtant that’s abut t happen. Instead f wrrying t much abut the test, take an active way. Let stress remind yu t study well befre a test. Then yu’ll stp yur stress frm being ut f cntrl.


    Ask fr help. Althugh a little test anxiety can be a gd thing, t much f it is anther stry entirely. If sitting fr a test makes yur mind g blank and causes yu t miss answers that yu knw, then yur level f test anxiety prbably needs sme attentin. Yur teacher, yur parents, r a tutr can be a useful resurce t talk t if yu always get t much test anxiety.


    Be prepared. Many students find that their test anxiety is reduced when they start t study better. It wrks—the better yu knw the material, the mre cnfidence yu’ll have.

    "Oh, I'm in n hurry," she said. "I'm n my way t a hspice (临终医院). I dn't have any family left. The dctr says I dn't have very lng. "


    I quietly reached ver and shut ff the meter (计价器). Fr the next tw hurs, we drve thrugh the city. She shwed me the building where she had nce wrked, the neighbrhd where she had lived, and the furniture shp that had nce been a ballrm where she had gne dancing as a girl.
