    An unhealthy lifestyle is defined① as a lifestyle where a persn engages in activities that are knwn t be harmful t ne's health, such as smking, nt exercising regularly r enugh, eating unhealthy fd n a regular basis, and nt maintaining a healthy weight. Chsing a healthy lifestyle will lead t a lnger, happier life. Making unhealthy chices culd end up with yu experiencing ill health r wrse.

The first step in stpping yur unhealthy chices is t determine what they are. Breaking bad habits takes time and effrt, but mstly identifying③ them cmes first, fllwed by making the decisin t change, and sticking t yur chices. Mst peple wh end up breaking their bad habits try and fail many times befre they make it wrk. Yu might nt have success right away, but that desn't mean yu can't d it successfully.


    My illness frced me t make healthy chices and I paid the price physically and up t a pint mentally. If yu dn't d smething abut yur lifestyle nw, yu'll be frced t get rid f yur unhealthy chices because f ill health. Gd lifestyle chices will lead t gd health. I believe that the greatest gift yu can give yur family and the wrld is a healthy yu.
