What can they do? | Look pictures and describe. Listen and answer the questions. Watch the video and repeat the story. |
What do they need? | The rules about pronunciation of “-ed”. Develop the habit of classifying and summarizing. |

本次的上课(录频)相比之前的教学实践,个人觉得有了很大的提升,不过仍然有许多地方需要改进。
优点:
1.课堂用语的规范:我在正式上课前,对整个课件进行了课堂用语梳理并写在笔记本上,并结合写好的课堂用语配合课件进行了多次磨课,这样在正式上课的时候就比较流畅;而且个人对学生的评价性用语也增加了很多,不再仅仅是Good!同时,部分教学指令简单化,不再像之前那样结结巴巴说长难句,让学生不明确该做什么,这也得益于我提前的备课工作。
2.学生互动更加自然:本次上课我邀请了一名同学与我互动,因为是线上视频,所以两人的互动没有在线上更生动,但相比自己以前与学生的互动情况,这次我与学生互动更加的自然。能够利用一些简单句(Do you like…? Really?)拉近与学生的互动距离。
3.活动前后联系更紧密:因为在制作课件中,活动设计基本没有脱离情景,尤其是练习活动和语法知识呈现活动,再者提前将课堂用语梳理了,所以在教学活动的过程比较顺利,学生的信息接收效果也很好。
4.听力活动完整:在听力环节,我结合了教学听力的规则,解释听听力的原因,并在听听力前给出了听力任务,同时在听力中,要求学生做记录,第一次听力结束后先听学生们的答案然后做第二次听力核对答案,分段进行听力熟悉课文后,再次要求学生边看视频边听,最后梳理课文的内容。
5.词汇学习:因为本单元的新单词只有5个,所以我在教授新单词的时候采用词汇策略中的认知策略,结合图片以及旧知进行新知学习,并同时结合活动策略,造句的方式活用词汇。
6.语法学习:本单元的重点语法是过去式,所以我利用归纳法进行语法教学。先让学生们自己发现规则动词加ed的部分规则,然后再引导学生进行ed读音规则的归纳。
改进:
1.个人语音需要提升:尤其注意/e/,教学用语中有很多含/e/的单词,比如check, guess等,自己发音不是很饱满,长此以往也会影响学生的发音,所以要提升个人的语音语调。
2.教师仪态:因为是线上教学,所以无法展示个人的教学仪态,但结合以前的教学经历,自己的教学仪态也有待提升,站着要保持精神的教学仪态。同时,与学生互动时,要更加大方,动作麻利有序,不要忸忸怩怩的。
3.部分活动实践操作仍然有些慌乱,比如说听力的第二部分,与第一段听力步骤不一致,导致学生听到不同于第一段的教学指令后反应缓迟了,还有看视频前给的任务与实际任务有出入,所以学生对任务充满了迷惑。
4.反映课件和上课进度不配合,教学指令已经在下一个活动了,课件还停留在上一个活动页面上,应该在正式上课前,多加磨合课件的放映和教学进度。
总之,在这次教学实践中,自己的教学能力有了很大的提升,但仍然有提升的空间,在之后的实践中要多加练习,磨课,积累经验,将每个环节做到更好。同时,面对自己的教学不足,在平时的学习实践中,我要多多向老师或者同行前辈请教,并利用课余时间对自己的专业知识进行提升与拓展。
